FestiNAT, the naturalist meeting

FestiNAT, the naturalist meeting wants to be the day and the meeting point and celebration of nature lovers of our territory. And this year we celebrate the second edition!

FestiNAT is the space to connect and exchange knowledge and enthusiasm between young and old naturalists, to get closer to the science that studies nature and the people who work to protect it. And the place where you can enjoy yourself with a curious and careful look.

The second edition will be on Saturday 27 of April at Can Moragues, in Riudarenes (la Selva), headquarters of the Emys Foundation, co-organizer of the event, together with the ICHN, the XCN and OxigeNATs. FestiNAT will also be the presentation of the Nature Week, to publicize the entities of the territory as a whole and its natural values.

The ticket price includes access to all activities, with prior registration to ensure availability.

We count on contributions from people and entities that work in research, conservation and dissemination of biodiversity, from all over the country and, especially, from those in the surrounding area. With multiple field activities, practices, talks, games and training, for all levels, to expand knowledge, learning and experiences.

FestiNAT is open to everyone, designed to heal diversity, with spaces of calm, thinking about all age groups -from childhood to old age-, levels of experience and sensitivities. Open to the arts – plastic, musical, literary, culinary – understanding that nature is also culture.
