VOLUNTEER ACTIVITY

We need hands to do an essential task during this time of year, checking the nest boxes before winter and the next nesting season! Do you wanna help us?

Date: 11/11/2023

Schedule: 9 am. to 12 pm. (approximately)

Meeting point: Car park of the train station of Sils at 9 am.

Activity: Nest boxes that are scattered around the natural environment will be checked in order to prepare them for the next nesting season or to serve as a refuge for birds during the winter. They will be taken down to take out the material they have used this year to make the nest and we will try to find out who has occupied it, they will be disinfected and fixed and they will be hung again so that they have them ready!

Other practical information: Comfortable clothes and shoes should be worn according to the weather forecast and water.

This activity is suitable for all audiences and free with limited places and registration using the attached form.
